Abstract

"Na atual realidade brasileira e latino-americana, está em curso um projeto político, ideológico e econômico – determinado a restringir direitos políticos, sociais, civis e fazer avançar formas de capitalismo concentrador de riqueza que aumentam velozmente o fosso entre ricos e pobres. Sinais desse processo ganham visibilidade nas privatizações dos serviços públicos, nos cortes profundos no investimento em saúde e em educação e na tentativa de desapropriação docente do exercício autônomo de sua profissão. Esta coletânea, escrita a muitas mãos, na perspectiva da educação, tem o objetivo de fomentar um debate necessário entre os educadores acerca dessas questões candentes em toda a América Latina. Seu eixo central é a formação de professores. Surge da reunião de esforços empreendidos por pesquisadores brasileiros e estrangeiros consorciados ao Núcleo de Pesquisa e Extensão Vozes da Educação (CNPq), vinculado à Faculdade de Formação de Professores da UERJ, em São Gonçalo/RJ. Em 2018, o Núcleo Vozes completou 22 anos de existência, e ampliou a sua capacidade de atuação e de análise da sociedade e da educação, a partir de diálogos com outras vozes geográficas mais distantes. Esses diálogos nos aproximam, cada vez mais, de outros pesquisadores, especialmente latino-americanos, e constituem um caminho consequente à sinergia de forças para pensar e transformar a realidade, por meio da nossa atuação no campo da educação e da formação de professores no Brasil e na América-Latina."

Abstract

He volume examines the crucial and current connection between orientation, training and teaching professionalism. The various contributions make references to the new regulation on the subject, and focus on the institutional task and the pedagogical role played by orientation and training in creating a new physiognomy of the teachers' professionalism: an initial orientation, an in itinere orientation and an outgoing orientation, alongside personal and professional training, intended as an open and ongoing process. These are two fundamental devices to grasp the complexity of being a teacher and working in schools nowadays. They are also accompanied by the traineeship, which in this context is examined through the report of a multi-year work.

Abstract

"With the evolution of today's educational contexts, teacher education is becoming increasingly important into European political discussion, in relation to its ability to improve the results of student learning. The need to confront new changes clearly signifies that the professionalism of teachers cannot be limited to competencies and skills learning, however, it does require new strategic dimensions of professional activation, oriented towards better identifying personal goals and strategies to be achieved. The text re-draws the paradigm of the continuing teacher professional development by integrating the capability approach with the models of competencies. Starting from the analysis of European policies on teacher education, the text carry out an experimental research into pre-school settings to explore the importance of individual choice: throught the creation of innovative research tools and a self-training methodology, pre-school teachers involved improved their self-determine agency and better qualified professional development. The text meets the interests of researchers, as a important contribution to rethink the topic of teacher training, also for the chosen methodological approach; for teachers, it wants to deepen the sense of educational professionalism, updated to the most recent topics and issues; finally, it meets the interests of aspiring in-training teachers or aspiring researchers for the richness of its contents, in order to inspire the elaboration of new, original research perspectives".

Abstract

Die Berufsschule ist, in Österreich wie in Deutschland, ein wichtiger Integrationsort für Menschen mit Fluchtbiografie, trotzdem ist die Professionalisierung von Lehrkräften in diesem Kontext bisher nur wenig erforscht. Zu diesem Forschungsdefizit liefert die Dissertation neue Erkenntnisse. Die Autorin untersucht mit problemzentrierten Interviews und einer qualitativen Inhaltsanalyse, wie Lehrende heterogene Klassenverbände wahrnehmen, welche Herausforderungen sie beim Unterrichten von Geflüchteten sehen und mit welchen Arbeitsstrategien sie darauf reagieren. Interviewt wurden Lehrkräfte an gewerblich-technischen Tiroler Berufsschulen. Die normativen Anforderungen an Lehrkräfte - Professionalisierungskonzepte, Standards und gesetzliche Vorschriften in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz - sind der Ausgangspunkt, um aus den empirischen Ergebnissen Handlungskonsequenzen für die Lehrkräftebildung abzuleiten. Wissenschaftliche Vorarbeiten werden durch die neuen Erkenntnisse modifiziert.

Abstract

La declaración de la pandemia asociada al SARS-CoV-2 por parte de la OMS en marzo de 2020 supuso un gran impacto en todos los niveles de la vida cotidiana, incluido el educativo. En este contexto de emergencia sanitaria, la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Murcia acordó desarrollar las sesiones de las diferentes asignaturas del Grado de Educación Primaria (entre otros) de manera semipresencial para el curso 2020-2021.

Abstract

Výukový materiál "Terénní výuka na PdF MU. Podpora využití technologií a realizace výzkumných aktivit v pregraduálním vzdělávání budoucích učitelů" je výstupem projektu OP VVV Rozvoj procesu pregraduálního vzdělávání na PdF MU: důkladnou přípravou k dobré praxi. Publikace se skládá ze sedmi částí. Úvodní část seznamuje čtenáře s konceptem terénní výuky a jeho začleněním ve výuce na Pedagogické fakultě Masarykovy univerzity. Následujících šest částí představuje metodické materiály k jednotlivým terénním kurzům. V závěru výukového materiálu jsou uvedeny přílohy k jednotlivým metodikám, z nichž nejvýznamnější tvoří Atlas pro terénní výuku a outdoorové aktivity.
